Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date.

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the provided return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
